Christopher Thomas act as property managers in respect of a number of large corporate properties, in our own right and in partnership with Central London surveyors to ensure compliance with evolving Statutory Compliance, in particular Fire Risk, Disability, Health and Safety, Workplace Regulations and excellent practice.
Management accounts are reconciled yearly and half yearly. Rents, sub rents and service charges are collected in accordance with the terms of the relevant leases, usually quarterly.
Tenant enquiries are always dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. Any disputes or conflicts are handled with sensitivity in the best interest of the property asset and long term relationship wherever possible.
