Market momentum continued through the summer holiday month of August with lots taking place in the Thames Valley market. Tynan D’Arcy secured 3,686 sq.ft. at Saxon House Windsor – at Parkside Windsor great managed office space, we have a new occupier with Grandi Private Office, leaving just the last few available suites – this new 10,000 sq.ft. office complex is now almost full up. Other businesses have put their markers down for more space over the next few months too, at Riverside House Windsor, also The Keep, newly renovated offices in Victoria Street Windsor.

Switching to retail, in Ascot the art gallery Creed opened their doors in Hermitage Parade, we also let 3 High Street to personal trainers Shift & Shape Studios and to the delight of locals in the area too, we are able to announce the soon to be reopened Cinnamon Tree who have just taken 1 Royal Hunt Parade, North Ascot in process of refurb and fit out. In Windsor, at the top end of Peascod Street, we’re pleased to welcome Soctopus, specialist “sock”  retailer, also the relocation of Vodafone to 112 Peascod Street Windsor. So, lots going on across the retail scene.

Industrial warehouse logistics wise we’ve almost run out of space, such is the demand !  Unit 6 Windsor Business Centre has let to CFH, who relocated from Slough. We’ve various successes too at The Mushroom Farm Oakley Green with the latest to sign up, Healthy Yummies last week taking 1,800 sq.ft.
