Christopher Thomas were appointed by Norgine to support the company in relocation from old offices in Harefield to new prime regional offices near London.

• Worked with the senior management team to refine their relocation brief in order to identify suitable alternative premises.
• Provided market analysis, anticipated market terms, cost analysis, space fit audit and detailed negotiation points for appropriate space.
• Negotiated terms at ARC Uxbridge, 24,000 sq.ft. of Grade A office, coordinated with the client legal team / senior management team, identified key issues moving forward to the agreement of contract phase.
• Assessed the legacy lease issues for the property being relocated from, advised on contractual obligations / contingent liability to negotiate a successful clean exit with the client’s old landlord.
• Attended management and legal calls / meetings to advise with a coordinated team approach.
• Assisted with fit out procurement and appointment of a technical project manager.

*  Enticed the new landlord into providing sufficient market incentives (the subject of an NDA) to justify a move.
