At The Boyn Valley Estate Maidenhead  (shown in the above featured photograph) three new lettings have taken place in the run up to the close of 2024 with Unit G 12,010 sq.ft. leased by Le Porce Ltd, Unit E 6,540 sq.ft. taken by Click Cart Ltd and Unit F 4,778 sq.ft. by Prints Company London Limited – 25,000 sq.ft. of rental transactions in the past week. Christopher Thomas also acted in a professional capacity in the lease renewals of Units D,J and I – meaning this popular estate is 100% occupied. Elsewhere in Maidenhead a few months ago Christopher Thomas acted jointly with Cushman & Wakefield in the settlement of a 16,000 sq.ft data centre at Units 1 & 2 Priors Way Industrial Estate on behalf of a private landlord client.

In Langley we were appointed to negotiate two new leases for client Classico Marble Ltd, totalling 10,600 sq.ft. at Stacey’s Yard Station Road, both of which have just completed – and over in Heathrow, we are just finalising a continuous sub lease completion on behalf of client Bridgestone.
