Windsor offices let and sold – market summary.
Regionally and Windsor centric, Christopher Thomas are “doing the deals”, perhaps even bucking the trend of other agencies’ current experience.
The Alms House Association completed their purchase of The Keep and The Cottages in Victoria Street Windsor offices last week mainly for their own occupation, 6,000 sq.ft. Christopher Thomas acted jointly on the sale with Allsop – and will be retained to let any surplus space once their refurbishment has finished in a few months’ time.
Accelya, moving from Camberley, have completed their 4,900 sq.ft. single floor office acquisition at Riverside House, Riverside Windsor where we acted jointly as letting agents with JLL, on behalf of KFIM. This leaves just under 4,000 sq.ft to let on the same floor with terrific views and excellent parking.
At Saxon House 3,500 sq.ft. of town centre space has been let to Global Ex Pat Pay. As ITW Ltd already occupy the whole of the top floor and with our letting of part of the second floor to L-Founders, just 3,626 sq.ft is available at first floor level.
Adding to the above, Savin Communications have bought Windsor Park House Sheet Street occupying two floors with a further floor let and two floors available, each circa 750 sq.ft.
In the past few weeks “other deals” close by include 1,500 sq.ft. of offices in Riding Court Datchet let to Quality Freight UK with several other lettings and sales lined up and completed in the Heathrow and Staines markets too.
