Bounce back with Windsor and regional retail take up
We are carrying out great work and results for Christopher Thomas clients. In the past week we’ve completed lettings at 12 Church Street Windsor to a specialist whisky and clothing retailer, 192 High Street Egham to a beautician, 194 High Street Egham to a mobile phone and accessories retailer, have let all of the pre pandemic retail stock in Sunningdale and Ascot – and later this week we should exchange on the letting of a 1,500 sq.ft. prime retail unit in Friar Street Reading.
The level of rents being achieved are equal to and above those which we were obtaining pre pandemic. Perhaps this trend forms part of a “bounce back” factor.
For those looking, we do have some stock – 50 High Street Windsor, 112 Peascod Street Windsor, 2 Station Parade, Virginia Water and a couple of shops in Clarence Street Staines – all with good interest.
