Popular Admiral House Windsor sells for £4 million
Acting jointly with London surveyors Bray Fox Smith and regional surveyors Vail Williams, Christopher Thomas are pleased to have completed the sale of the multi let 8,817 sq.ft. Admiral House St Leonards Road Windsor at a price of £4 million.
The sale shows a net initial yield of 5.5%. The property includes 23 parking spaces in the adjacent rear town centre car park. Over the past few years Christopher Thomas worked diligently for the previous owner in arranging lettings to the three office tenants, BIAL Pharmaceutical, Telos Partners Group Ltd and Giovanni Rana (UK) Ltd.
Admiral House was built in 1908 as the town’s Police Station and Court House. Its architecture incorporates an impressive imperial atrium, probably designed to make the good feel resolute in maintaining the town’s high standards and the bad to quake in its awe. The legacy provides a magnificent feature for an office building.
