Having pre let the top floor of the newly renovated Vista to Sky World the first and second floors have now been let to Inceptua and WhishWorks. Christopher Thomas organised the  initial photography and marketing mix and achieved a headline rent of £39.50 per sq. ft. The lettings have resulted in a total take up of 7,969 sq.ft. This is in addition to last month’s letting of 4,175 sq.ft. to Trilliant.
