Christopher Thomas act for the owners of two offices in Staines each known as Old Bridge House – the joint name originating from the first occupier of both in the 1980’s and 1990’s – Inchcape – in fact Chris acted for the then owners to grant 25 year leases. The lease of Old Bridge House The Hythe ended earlier this year.  Acting jointly with Stephens Maguire, we have just sold the freehold for Marley Pension Fund. The new occupier / owner is Montreaux Group.

The “other” Old Bridge House which is in Bridge Street / Church Street Staines is partly available to let with a floor of approximately 2,200 sq.ft and a wing of circa 1,000 sq.ft immediately available with good interest being shown for one of the only available offices of it’s size and specification in the town centre.
