At a sale price of £450,000 the rental return equates to a gross yield of circa 7%.
Elsewhere in the region we are pleased to report the sale of Elizabeth House London Road Staines circa 16,380 sq.ft. We assisted our client Circle Property plc in obtaining a planning consent for residential conversion plus an extension above the current roof line. The property is let to several office occupier tenants. We have carried out the marketing and lettings over the years and continue to do so. This sale adds to a few others we have recently sold for clients in Staines, Joshua House, London Road and 15/17 Church Street.
