Recently we have been appointed to settle office rent reviews at Elizabeth House Staines, for our client Circle Property, Grosvenor House Sunbury for Churchill Hui architects, and negotiated the surrender (early termination) of a client’s lease at Viewpoint Staines.
We are currently acting for landlords and tenants in the renewal of protected leases (Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Security of Tenure Provisions) for retail client The Eye Academy at High Street Kensington, and the landlord of a prime shop in Virginia Water. Formal lease renewals require careful and considered advice.
