Windsor office market moves into top gear

Christopher Thomas are pleased to have completed the off market letting of two office suites at York House totaling 5,382 sq.ft. – taken by Morgan Advanced Materials. Christopher Thomas acted on behalf of The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

We have also been appointed to act jointly with Jones Lang LaSalle in the marketing of some very classy first floor offices of 6,450 sq.ft. with 20 parking spaces which already has serious expressions of interest from potential tenants looking to complete a new lease before the end of the year.

An encouraging level of office lettings is taking place in Windsor, many of which we have organised off market, such is the demand for new office space as companies adjust to new working styles, having re-examined their workspace needs.
