In the warehouse and industrial sector: 22,000 sq.ft. has been let in Ashford Kent to BBK Construction Services, all of the industrial stock at Fairacres Windsor has been let and terms are agreed at the 4,600 sq.ft Toutley Road Wokingham.
In the retail sector we have run out of stock following the lettings of Eton Bridge Court, 1,200 sq.ft. 7 Peascod Street Windsor, 380 sq.ft. 42 High Street Egham 550 sq.ft. and 163 High Street Staines. More stock is required for a healthy list of enquiries.
