Christopher Thomas & Co Ltd does not sell, trade or rent any personal information to third parties. Due to the nature of our business, at the point at which you enter into a property negotiation, some of your information will be shared with a potential landlord, owner or head tenant, if you have any objections to this then please make us aware of this at this time.

The main purpose of holding your data is to provide property updates and property information which we believe may be of use to you or which you have specifically requested. We may contact you by email, post or by telephone.

We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above or for as long as we have your permission to keep it. Your data will only be stored within the European Economic Area (“the EEA”). If our data storage is subject to any kind of external breach of security we promise to notify you within 72 hours.

You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you, should you require this then please email info@chthomas.com and this will be provided.
