Last office space at Admiral House Windsor taken by BIAL Pharma

Having recently let the first floor offices at Admiral House to Telos Partners, Christopher Thomas are delighted to announce the final letting has completed, to BIAL Pharma UK Ltd. Together with the first floor tenant ITW Ltd, this results in a full house.

BIAL Pharma have taken the 1,460 sq.ft. lower ground floor which also has additional storage of circa 360 sq.ft. Admiral House was formerly known as Lord’s Court, originally built in 1908 as Windsor Police Station and law courtrooms. We gather the lower ground storage rooms were holding cells  !

Coincidentally earlier this year Christopher Thomas advised The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead in respect of values and development schemes resulting in the present planned relocation of the current Alma Road Windsor Police Station, to York House in Sheet Street.
